The main conference takes place from 01 – 03 July 2026 at VinUniversity, Vinhomes Ocean Park, Gia Lam, Hanoi, Vietnam.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  1. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Horizons Conference maintains a strict no cancellation or refund policy under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, visa issues, or personal emergencies. It is possible to transfer your registration to another participant; such requests are to be made through email to the official conference email: [email protected].
  2. In accordance with Vietnam’s Decree 70 on Invoices and Records, all domestic participants are required to fill in taxpayer details including taxpayer name and identification number (personal or institutional). If registration fee invoice is requested, International participants are also to provide similar details. Participant is to assume liability for the accuracy of their information and the conference secretariat bear no accountability for faulty erroneous record.
