HORIZONS 2026 is pleased to have the opportunity to submit the top papers to a prestigious international journal in Optimization as a special issue or individually, to be considered for publication following the normal procedures of peer review.

Selected papers will be invited for publication in special issues of prestigious journals or edited volumes following the conference, subject to further review.

NUMERICAL ALGEBRA, CONTROL AND OPTIMIZATION

Numerical Algebra, Control and Optimization (NACO) is a publication of the American Institute of Mathematical Sciences (AIMS), a member of COPE, and is sponsored by Nanjing Normal University and Tianjin University of Finance and Economics. NACO aims at publishing original papers on any non-trivial interplay between control and optimization, and numerical techniques for their underlying linear and nonlinear algebraic systems. Selected conference papers will be recommended for development into full journal articles in the NACO.
